Agents are expected to generate their own business, operate with minimal oversight, and pursue multiple income streams per transaction through brokerage, investing, wholesaling, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. Agents will work closely with the brokerage on select investment opportunities, leverage built-in buyer pools, and develop expertise working with high-net-worth clients. This role is ideal for strong negotiators, problem solvers, and relationship builders with a long-term vision for wealth creation. Agents are required to: * Use brokerage-approved logos, marketing materials, and templates * Operate under a Better Blueprint Realty email address * Use standardized email headers, footers, and brand assets Long-Term Partnership Expectation While this role is structured as an independent contractor position and does not require a fixed employment term, Better Blueprint Realty is intentionally building long-term partnerships.
