Full description of the position

Description: Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt) Salary: $80,000-90,000 Job Summary The Special Markets Manager is a highly organized, execution-focused leader responsible for directly managing the inside sales team, including special markets. This role is built for a strong people manager who thrives on accountability, consistency, and follow-through. The Special Markets Manager will execute plans and priorities set by sales leadership, ensuring the inside sales team maintains strong performance through coaching, structured routines, KPI monitoring, and consistent sales activity. This position is ideal for someone who is energized by supporting a growing team with proven success and clear direction -- and who can ensure daily actions align with team expectations and goals. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coach inside sales team, including weekly 1:1s and monthly accountability meetings; * Execute sales initiatives and priorities set by the NSD and VP of Sales; * Observe weekly call blocks and provide structured feedback; * Monitor KPIs, projections, and pipeline performance; * Support and oversee prospecting cadence and outreach quality; * Attend virtual meetings with SAs at least weekly; * Monitor Lead Management System activity; * Assist in facilitating the weekly team meeting; * Ensure compliance with code of conduct and administrative requirements; * Lead event follow-up process and accountability; * Alert sales leadership of any issues or problems that arise; and * Interpret data and report to sales leadership. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Proven experience managing and coaching a team * Strong accountability and performance management skills * Excellent communication and feedback delivery * Highly organized with strong time and priority management * Experience tracking KPIs and using data to drive team performance The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
