Appliance Sales Associate Considering a career in Sales? Are you outgoing, good at explaining how things work, and willing to be on your feet for several hours at a time, if so this position could be for you. Candidate must be self-driven and have great customer service skills. Individual must be a quick learner and be able to study up on products and offers. This is a full-time position. Pay Our appliance sales specialist generally make between $40,000-$55,000. However, you control your income and can make even more with uncapped commissions. We will start at $15/ hour + commissions *will revisit the pay after 90 working days Responsibilities: * Outside Sales * Inside Sales * Establish sales quotas and sales goals * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Develop and execute innovative sales strategies * Build and form new partnerships with potential clients * Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred * Experience as a supervisor or manager * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients * Company offers a 401k match, employees also get employee pricing on Darrell's inventory SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00-5:00. Will work every Saturday and will choose one day off during the work week. Work some holidays. 40 hours a week. Rarely work OT. Sundays are always off. Seeking dynamic personality with experience in sales or desire to get into sales. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will be selling/upselling customers on various appliances. Must study and learn up on various product offerings (appliances). Will have monthly sales goals they are required to hit. Must have decent computer skills. The right candidate will be someone that customers feel is very approachable and has an appealing personality. Should be willing to do some cold calling over the phone, although most of the sales will be done in store. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling higher end products. Must be self motivated and have the ability to reach company sales standards." Inside and outside sales will be required.
