Seasonal Sales Assistant - Prom & Special Occasion Dresses Dublin Formals is looking for a friendly, energetic Seasonal Sales Assistant to support our sales team during the busy prom and spring formal season. This role focuses primarily on helping customers find their perfect prom dress, while also assisting with mothers ' dresses and other specialoccasion styles. About the Role This is a seasonal position running through May, ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and a fastpaced retail environment. You 'll work closely with our lead sales associate to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities *Greet customers and assist them in selecting prom and specialoccasion dresses *Help maintain fitting rooms, organize dresses, and keep the sales floor tidy *Support the sales team with customer flow during peak hours *Provide friendly, attentive service to shoppers and their families *Assist with tagging, steaming, and restocking merchandise *Help with checkout and basic pointofsale tasks (training provided) Preferred Candidate *High school or college student with strong communication skills *Outgoing, positive, and comfortable working with teens and parents *Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends (our busiest time) *Interest in fashion or retail is a plus, but not required *Able to stand and move around the store for extended periods Schedule & Compensation *Seasonal position ending in May *Parttime hours with increased shifts during peak prom season *Competitive hourly pay and a fun, supportive team environment Job Type: Part-time Base Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week Experience: * retail: 1 year (Required) * Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Dublin, OH 43017 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Dublin, OH 43017: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
