Outside Sales Representative Location: Wilton, Muscatine, Tipton & Surrounding Quad Cities Company: A&N Roofing & Exteriors LLC About Us A&N Roofing & Exteriors is a family-operated, veteran-owned exterior construction company serving Wilton, Muscatine, Tipton, and the surrounding rural areas of the Quad Cities. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks , with a strong presence in smaller communities where relationships and reputation matter. We are growing and looking for driven sales professionals who aren't afraid to work, knock doors, and build their own pipeline. Job Description As an Outside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for lead generation, inspections, and closing exterior projects. This is a field- based role that includes door-to-door prospecting , meeting homeowners, conducting exterior inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process. This position is commission-based , with a base pay option available for certain qualified individuals , and includes sales quotas to ensure accountability and performance. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and referrals * Conduct exterior inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, decks, and windows * Meet with homeowners to assess needs and explain project options * Present estimates and close contracts * Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and customers * Track activity, leads, and sales performance in company systems * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas * Represent A&N Roofing & Exteriors professionally in rural communities Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face sales * Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented * Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or D2D is a plus) * Roofing or exterior experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Pay Structure * Commission-based compensation * Base pay option available for certain individuals based on experience and performance * High earning potential for motivated reps * Clear expectations and sales quotas Job Type * Full-time Schedule * Monday -Saturday * Some flexibility depending on workload and weather Work Location * In-person / Field-based Why Work With A &N?
