Each day, you will conduct sales meetings with potential customers, uncover their telecommunications challenges, and position Frontier's telecom solutions as tools that enhance their daily activities. Client Sales Advisor Responsibilities: * Meet local customers face-to-face to introduce and Frontier solutions and plans, and initiate the sales process * Present and recommend internet and wireless sales packages tailored to customer requirements * Guide customers through plan selection, pricing, and value to support confident buying decisions * Develop and maintain customer relationships for improved retention and future upgrades * Identify territory growth opportunities and use outreach strategies to improve sales and conversion rates * Track interactions, customer data, progress, and outcomes with consistent reporting accuracy * Provide real-world feedback to leadership on sales trends, objections, and customer sentiment * Represent the brand and Client Sales Advisor role professionally, follow compliance expectations, and uphold service standards * Participate in ongoing skill improvement through coaching and training support Client Sales Advisor Qualifications: * Strong communication and presentation skills * Comfortable working in a sales-based, customer-facing environment * Goal-oriented mentality with drive to exceed performance metrics * Ability to quickly learn and explain product offerings * Positive, adaptable, and coachable attitude * Motivated by commissions, recognition, and performance growth * Works well independently and within a team dynamic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
