Quick Aid Medical Supply, a distributor of PPE, medical equipment, and healthcare essentials, is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base. This role is fully in-house and focused on helping customers get the right medical supplies quickly and reliably. Responsibilities * Communicate daily with existing customers and new prospects to understand their medical supply needs and recommend solutions. * Reach out to customers who have ordered in the past, as well as inbound leads and inquiries, to generate repeat and new business. * Manage an assigned book of customers, stay on top of follow-ups, and ensure they receive accurate quotes, orders, and support. * Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using our internal systems/CRM. * Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent outbound calls, emails, and follow-up. Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management. * Medical supply, DME, or healthcare industry experience is a strong plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a pipeline of customers. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and order-entry systems. Compensation * Base salary plus commission. * Performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth. Schedule and Work Environment * In-house position, standard business hours (e.g., Monday-Friday). * Collaborative team environment with training and support.
