As we grow our landscape design and build division, we are seeking a motivated and skilled professional who can help homeowners bring their outdoor dreams to life. Position Summary: As a Residential Design Sales Representative, you will play a key role in securing new sales, creating innovative landscape designs and ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial sale through project completion. You will work closely with clients, production teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results. Our ideal candidate should have a proven history of successful sales in high-end residential projects. Core Responsibilities: Project Development: * Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their vision * Create design concepts that align with client goals * Develop and present detailed designs and project proposals * Guide clients through material and design selections * Identify opportunities to enhance projects * Maintain regular communication with clients and crews throughout the process Client Relations: * Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners * Develop new client connections through networking * Provide expert guidance throughout the design process * Manage project timelines and client expectations * Work within client budgets to deliver optimal solutions * Generate referrals through exceptional service * Ensure client satisfaction upon project completion\ Project Management: * Partner with construction teams to ensure quality execution * Design innovative outdoor living solutions * Ensure accurate project scope and pricing * Monitor project progress and quality standards * Address potential challenges proactively * Ensure smooth transition from design to construction Required Experience: * 3 years in residential design/build or luxury outdoor sales * Background in landscape design, construction, and horticulture, or related field * Strong knowledge of plants and landscape materials * Experience managing complex residential projects * Excellence in client communication * Proficiency with standard business and design software Preferred Qualifications: * 5+ years of residential design/build sales experience * Proven success in high revenue sales * Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field * Experience with 3D design tools * Knowledge of premium materials and current design trends * Track record of managing high-end residential projects This position offers the opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise while helping homeowners create their ideal outdoor living spaces.
