Position Details * Position: Senior Estimator / Salesperson * Company: Boyd's Custom Painting * Location: Tucson, Arizona * Compensation: Commission only (percentage of closed jobs) About Us Boyd's Custom Painting is known for delivering exceptional residential and commercial painting, cabinet refinishing, epoxy coatings, roof coatings, drywall, and stucco repair services. We take pride in transforming spaces and providing homeowners with results they love. Responsibilities * Schedule and conduct on-site estimates for painting and related projects * Perform walkthroughs with homeowners to assess project needs * Generate and present detailed quotes using company software * Guide homeowners through the sales process and close jobs on-site * Conduct follow-ups to maintain a 50%+ closing rate * Assist in lead generation when not estimating * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless hand-off to production Requirements * Proven experience in sales or estimating (preferably within trades or painting) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Detail-oriented and accurate in estimating * Willingness to engage in cold calling and door-to-door outreach * Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing sales training Compensation * Commission on all closed projects (8% revenue for sold jobs and additional 6% on self generated leads) * Performance bonuses for top sales results * Unlimited income potential -- your earnings reflect your results Why Join Boyd 's Custom Painting? * Industry-leading coaching and professional development * Performance competitions and incentives * Family-like, supportive team culture * Opportunities for leadership growth and advancement How to Apply Apply on Indeed.
