This is a full-time, on-the-road role ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys building relationships with homeowners. What You 'll Do * Manage and execute our annual sales plan selling painting services. * Learn and follow the Pointer Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post-bid). * Achieve personal sales, margin, and cost-on-margin targets. * Conduct estimates and enter them accurately into the company CRM. * Maintain and update client data and prepare professional proposals. * Respond promptly to customer and internal team questions. * Generate leads weekly through personal prospecting (company leads are also provided). * Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 team meetings. * Build, track, and adjust a personal sales plan with guidance from the Sales Manager. * Submit weekly performance and planning reports.
