Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM On-site: Costa Mesa, CA * Summary:* We are looking for a driven and adaptable Account Manager to join our team! The Account Manager is responsible for providing equipment finance and leasing solutions through analyzing, structuring, and pricing small business transactions while partnering with the credit and funding departments to help facilitate a successful transaction. * What you'll do: * Provide equipment financing and leasing solutions by managing the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of equipment finance products and services. * Perform financial and risk analysis of major corporate accounts. * Maintain current relationships with C-level executives and identify qualified leads through daily outbound calls. * Receive and engage with incoming leads to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. * Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's equipment finance needs and their financial well-being. * Leverage reporting and sales tools such as Salesforce call campaigns to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities, while achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly KPI's. * Maintain an organized and robust lead/account database within Outreach and Salesforce while continuing to build pipeline for future business. * Maintain industry related knowledge of tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal guidelines. * Deliver full-service transaction management by moving customers from the application phase to funding phase. * Meet individual established origination target and sales plan, where less than 50% of compensation is derived from commissions * Maintain working knowledge of and proficiency in all sales systems (Salesforce, Outreach, RingCentral, etc.) * The experience we 're looking for: * Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, and results-oriented environment * Previous cold-calling or sales experience required * Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred * A background in equipment leasing and finance is highly desirable * Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents desirable * What we offer: * $60,000 Base Pay + Commission with expected annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 with uncapped earning potential * A clear success path within the company, we want you to grow and lead with us * Ability to attend Platinum Club: an all-expenses paid trip to an exciting destination for our top performers * Quarterly social club events for high performers, company parties and other events * Medical, vision, dental benefits * Paid vacation days and holidays * Company Story:* Regents Capital ranks in the top 30 private independent equipment financing companies in the United States and has been consistently recognized as one of the Top Places to Work in Orange County.
