Full description of the position

We are seeking a sales-driven Account Manager to support and grow retail and local store customer accounts. This role focuses on driving repeat sales, expanding product adoption, and building strong customer relationships while supporting day-to-day account needs. We are a Food Wholesaler (Beverage Ingredients & Specialty Products) Key Responsibilities * Own sales growth and customer retention for assigned retail and local store accounts * Actively promote products, new items, and programs to increase order volume * Manage customer orders, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-ups * Identify upsell opportunities and convert service interactions into sales opportunities * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment * Maintain customer activity, sales tracking, and follow-ups using CRM and ERP systems Qualifications * 2+ years of sales account management, or customer-facing relationship experience with sales responsibility * Experience in food service, retail, or wholesale environments preferred * Growth-oriented, organized, and relationship-driven * Comfortable using ERP systems and CRM platforms * Team-oriented with a proactive, sales-focused mindset * Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience * English required, bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish preferred or associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience * English required, bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish preferred Territory will be 80% in Orange County and 20% in LA County. Tea background is a plus!
