Our client, a leading mental health facility, is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented (temp-to-hire) Sales & Admissions Coordinator to support their Nashville, TN team! Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule : Weekend Shift (Friday - Monday) Compensation: Up to $26/hr base pay + monthly incentives upon full-time conversion Location: On-site | Nashville, TN 37215 Responsibilities: * Accurately translate throughout the admissions process for clients, visitors, and their families. * Answer phone inquiries in a professional manner; speak clearly and accurately about our services offered. * Facilitate comforting and supportive processing throughout admissions process. * Act as a liaison and resource throughout the admissions process for clients and their families (coordinating internal admissions communications included). * Complete documentation in a timely manner, keeping electronic records up to date. Including data entry requirements regarding conversations/interactions with families and providers. * Maintain a high level of organization, adapting to changing priorities, always providing excellent customer service. * Responsible for life-cycle Admissions process. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree preferred, or two (2) years of applicable experience in behavioral health field. * Working knowledge of behavioral health and insurance verification process preferred. * Bilingual is a plus. * Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Please submit your resume for consideration!
