King's Motors LLC is a growing, family-style car dealership where we work hard, have fun, and help people get into cars they love. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Front Desk Sales Agent who's ready to learn the ropes of the car world and grow with us. No experience? No problem, we'll train you! What You'll Do: * Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression * Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle basic inquiries * Assist with sales paperwork and updating vehicle listings * Learn how to sell cars, handle leads, and close deals * Keep the front area organized and professional * Support management with light office tasks and daily dealership operations Pay & Perks: * $500/week guaranteed pay * $50 commission per car sold (can increase to $100/car based on performance) * Full on-the-job training - we'll teach you everything about the car business * Potential for advancement as the dealership grows * 1099 Independent Contractor position What We're Looking For: * Outgoing, reliable, and ready to learn * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer tasks * Punctual and dependable -- someone we can count on * Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required) * Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED Ready to Join the Team?
