Job Description * Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice. * Sales Initiatives : Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to potential customers, meeting both their needs and agency targets. * Customer Service : Provide exceptional service by addressing any inquiries from policyholders and resolving concerns promptly. * Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding their coverage, making policy changes, and processing renewals efficiently. * Cross-Selling : Identify additional products that could enhance client protection and encourage clients to round out their policies. * Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in our system. * Professional Development : Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed advice and maintain best practices.
