This is more than a job --it's an opportunity to develop professionally while making a tangible impact in a fast-paced, energetic environment. < Responsibilities> * Drive new business development through strategic outside sales efforts, including cold calling and direct outreach within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts with dedicated attention to customer service, upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. * Conduct comprehensive product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements. * Identify potential leads via lead generation techniques, networking events, and market analysis to continuously expand the customer base. * Develop and execute territory management plans to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities across designated regions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects, managing customer interactions, and maintaining detailed sales records. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients confidently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives and enhance brand visibility in target markets. * Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and improve overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. * Participate in product training sessions to stay current on features, benefits, and industry developments relevant to technology sales. < Requirements> * Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis capabilities to assess client needs and craft compelling proposals. * Knowledge of technology products or services is highly desirable; experience in technical or solution-based sales preferred. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and presentations confidently. * Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for developing new business opportunities through innovative marketing strategies and inside/outside sales approaches. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
