Business Development Specialist Germain Automotive Partnership is a leading automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our Business Development Center (BDC) team is the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in guiding them through their buying journey. Position
Overview
: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated BDC Agent to manage incoming leads, maintain customer communication, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys creating meaningful customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and follow up on missed opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive showroom traffic and sales
- Meet daily and weekly communication and appointment-setting targets

Requirements
:
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or BDC preferred
- Certification in product knowledge is a plus
- Bilingualism is not required but can be very helpful.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.
