*We 're a witch's apothecary with a retail store in Oceanside, California looking to hire a part-time position Starting at $20 per hour. Must be 18+ to apply. *This person will assist with retail sales and product prepping for approximately 12-20 hours per week. This is an in-person, part-time, position at our Oceanside location. Must have weekend availability. Your main responsibilities will include: 60% Retail Sales * Greet guests and suggest products based on their unique needs * Provide accurate product information (product purposes, intentions, pricing, understanding of crystals/herb spiritual properties, etc.) and be able to educate customers on store products * Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices * Ensure store is stocked appropriately throughout the day and is kept clean/organized * Restock items as needed during shift (oils, herbs, necklaces, stickers, etc.) * Meet sales goals and be able to meet sales quotas * Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service * Work with manager to deal with issues that arise from front-of-house staff or customers (questions, returns, comments, complaints, etc) * Must be able to stand on your feet during your shift and lift 25 lbs. * Keep a record of the items prepared and stocked * Able to follow directions and meet quotas 40% Product Prepper * Prep products as needed to ensure retail is stocked * Prep herb kits, blends, and more * Pack and prep herbs in 1 oz bags * Prep or assemble kits, necklaces, jewelry, or anything that comes up * Keep a record of the items prepared and stocked * Able to follow directions and meet quotas * Must be able to be around / handle herbs with gloves (mullein, lavender, mugwort, etc.) * Must be able to stand on your feet during your shift and lift 25 lbs.
