About the Role: We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the outbound sales funnel. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and creating exceptional first impressions for our brand. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach. * Manage a pipeline of leads with timely follow-up, organization, and prioritization. * Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet and exceed monthly goals. * Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce or other CRM tools. * Build rapport and educate prospects on the value of SimpleConsign's software solutions. * Handle all leads generated from events, with the expectation of attending most major events to maximize ROI. Events to happen on a monthly or bi-monthly cadence. All expenses paid for. * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is a plus. * 1+ year of experience in sales, cold calling, or a related role (preferred but not required). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to speak to business owners. * Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, persistence, and resilience. * Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and staying focused in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously. * Team player who works well with Account Executives, Marketing, and Support to drive success.
