About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and represent V-Trust at industry events and trade shows. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier quality control solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and industry connections. - Trade Show Representation: Represent V-Trust at international trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads. - Client Consultation: Understand clients' quality control needs and recommend appropriate inspection, audit, and testing services. - Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback using CRM tools. - Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients. The Personnel We're Looking For: - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in the quality control, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings. - Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
