We are a growing commercial door hardware and access control company looking for a motivated individual to help sell electronic locks, access control systems, and door hardware to local businesses. Our customers are primarily small to mid-size commercial properties, property managers, and contractors who want straightforward solutions and reliable service. This role is focused on sales and relationship-building. You'll be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, following up on leads, and closing work. Installations are handled by our team, but experience in construction, locksmithing, doors, or security will be a strong advantage and will help you succeed faster. This is not a desk job and not a role for someone who needs constant direction. We're looking for someone who is organized, consistent with follow- ups, and comfortable hearing "no" while working toward the next opportunity. Sales experience is helpful, but work ethic, reliability, and communication matter more. This position is best suited for someone who wants flexibility, dislikes corporate environments, and prefers being paid based on results. If you're dependable, willing to put in the effort, and serious about earning, there is strong potential to grow with the company. This is a commission-based position. Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
