Sales Business Development Representative Steet Ponte Chevrolet - Herkimer, NY 13350 Hourly rate plus pre-determined commission - Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for encouraging new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role has a base hourly pay plus pre- determined commission pay. Responsibilities include: Facilitating follow-up on internet leads by calling, texting, and emailing a customer in a timely manner Conducting outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicle inquiries Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information Scheduling appointments with interested buyers Contacting customers for retention and loyalty opportunities (e.g. lease returns) Following up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or don't show up Accurately gathering, entering, and utilizing customer data within a specified computer program (CRM) Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy, organizational skills, and attention to detail People skills or customer service experience Ability to Multitask and work both independently and collaboratively The employee must be onsite to perform job duties About us We are a family owned and operated dealership seeking to provide the highest levels of employee and client satisfaction.
