Position: Social Media Live Sales Host Guru Nanda is seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Live Sales Host to lead TikTok Live selling initiatives and support social content creation. In this part-time role, you'll host engaging live events to showcase products, connect with viewers, and drive real-time sales. You'll also be responsible for producing short-form content daily, collaborating with internal teams to align with marketing campaigns, and maintaining an organized studio environment. This position offers the opportunity to help shape the brand's social commerce presence while delivering measurable sales results. Key Responsibilities * Host frequent TikTok Live events to demonstrate products, engage audiences, and drive purchases. * Create and post 2 original videos daily on TikTok and other social media platforms. * Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align content with brand goals and promotions. * Support pop-up events as a live host, interacting with guests in real time. * Contribute fresh content ideas to increase engagement and viewer retention. * Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all products are returned to their designated spots. * Consistently deliver on performance targets such as $100+ in sales per hour during TikTok Lives. Qualifications * 1+ year of experience hosting TikTok Live or similar livestream platforms * Strong on-camera communication and audience engagement skills * High-energy presence with creative thinking and adaptability * Professional, presentable appearance (business casual) * Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and collaborate with a team Preferred: * Experience in live selling or social commerce * Familiarity with Ayurveda and GuruNanda products * Portfolio or examples of edited videos or livestreams * Basic TikTok video editing skills * Sales or marketing background * Clean, presentable teeth for camera-facing content Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Ability to Commute: * Buena Park, CA 90620 (Required) Work Location: In person
