Full description of the position

* Must be fluent bilingual in Spanish and English * Morning Shift from 5am Monday thru Saturday * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Must have at least 1 year experience in office skills such as typing, filing, computer skills, answering multi-line phones, and other skills * Knowledge of Microsoft office products and Excel is required * Preferrably experience in Quickbooks and some accounts payable/accounts receivable - * Excellent customer service is required as you will be communicating with customers on a regular basis * Some logistic experience is also helful * Must be coachable and willing to crosstrain * Other duties as needed
