Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Designing insurance plans and adjusting coverage based on the demands, risk profile, and needs of the business or individual customers. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid Life and Health Insurance License.
