We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and sales- driven Onboarding & Growth Specialist to join our team. About the Role As an Onboarding & Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping a potential client's first impression of Better U. You will engage with leads through high-volume outbound sales calls , respond to inbound inquiries from our website, and guide prospective clients through the early stages of their wellness journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and has strong sales experience , especially within health, wellness, or mental health services. Key Responsibilities * Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients across multiple states. * Quickly and effectively follow up with website-generated leads , converting inquiries into successful client onboarding. * Build rapport with prospective clients using empathy, active listening, and a strong understanding of human behavior. * Perform needs assessments to understand client goals and determine appropriate solutions. * Execute sales and conversion strategies to maximize onboarding success. * Collaborate closely with clinical, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. * Maintain accurate and organized client records; provide timely updates and performance reports to management. * Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements * 2+ years of outbound sales experience (high-volume sales environments strongly preferred). * Experience in health, wellness, mental health, or related service industries (strongly preferred). * A high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and understanding of human behavior. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. * Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment. * Creative problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced setting. * Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
