Job Overview We're seeking a driven Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales) to join our high- performing sales team at Spencer Home Services. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus to support our streamlined operations. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present tailored comfort solutions (furnaces, heat pumps, AC, ductless, IAQ). * Mass Save familiarity is a plus * Build instant rapport with homeowners, educating them on system benefits, energy savings, and available rebates/financing. * Close sales on the spot with transparent pricing, using digital proposals and financing tools in ServiceTitan. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a 60%+ closing ratio and 5-star customer satisfaction. * Follow up on leads from marketing, service tech referrals, and past clients to generate repeat and referral business. * Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time, high-quality project delivery. * Participate in daily sales huddles, weekly training, and ride-alongs to sharpen skills and stay ahead of industry trends. * Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, photos, and financing applications in ServiceTitan. * Represent Spencer at community events, home shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness. * Mentor junior advisors and contribute ideas to improve lead flow, conversion rates, and customer experience. Qualifications * Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; proven sales experience (HVAC, home services, or B2C preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in in-home sales (HVAC strongly preferred); motivated self-starters with less experience may be considered with a hunger to learn. * Skills: Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing abilities; comfortable with financing presentations and energy audits. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ServiceTitan, tablets, and digital proposal software (training provided if needed). * Soft Skills: Charismatic, high-energy communicator with exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence.
