The Verizon Sales Management Assistant filters sales prospects like an engineer, rejects sales volume that sacrifices compliance, and protects sales trust by verifying before selling. As a Verizon Sales Management Assistant, you'll thrive on precision. The Verizon Sales Management Assistant maintains it through every customer touchpoint, professionally navigating the sales path from initial interest to full FiOS activation, because they know a clean account today prevents a headache tomorrow. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Management Assistant * Engage directly with customers and process new Verizon FiOS enrollments by validating customer information, service availability, and compliance with telecom standards, effectively demonstrating to the sales teams the correct example. * Support management and sales operations by coordinating provisioning timelines, tracking equipment shipments, and communicating activation updates to residents. * Lead the enrollment workflow by ensuring Verizon home internet accounts are set up accurately and meet all compliance and documentation standards. * Provide residentfocused technical consultations that outline Verizon services performance for entertainment, productivity, and smarthome use. * Review and validate service agreements to ensure promotional accuracy, eligibility confirmation, and complete account details. * Address onboarding challenges by resolving service concerns, correcting administrative issues, and collaborating with leadership for timely resolutions. Minimum Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Management Assistant * High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required. * Experience in administrative support, customer service, or professional sales where meticulous attention to detail and process management were essential. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex Verizon FiOS technology and service terms clearly and directly to residential customers. * Proactive, resilient, and organized mindset suited for leadershiptrack responsibilities in a dynamic operational setting. * Skilled with sales tools and reporting systems to support enrollment auditing and territory performance metrics. Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
