Are you an experienced Audio Visual Sales Professional looking for a strong career opportunity in the low-voltage industry? Midwest Systems & Services is hiring a motivated B2B AV Sales Representative with a background in commercial audio visual systems, security systems, CCTV, paging, intercom, and alarm technologies. About the Opportunity: In this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high-quality AV and low-voltage solutions. We're an established integrator with a strong reputation, long-term customers, and a supportive team--ideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings. Compensation: * Base salary plus Uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling. * High performers earn well above industry averages. * Travel & Cell Phone Allowance. * Vacation & Holiday Pay. * 401(k) Plan. * Health, Dental & Vision insurance available. Responsibilities: * Prospect and close new B2B accounts. * Present, sell, and upsell AV/low-voltage solutions. * Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets. * Strengthen relationships with existing clients. * Represent the company professionally in the field. Qualifications: * 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low-voltage systems. * Knowledge of Sound, Paging, Intercom, CCTV, Security, and Alarm systems. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven. * Valid Driver's License.
