Dental Design Smile is seeking a driven and personable Medical Sales Representative to join our growing medical supplies division. This role focuses on selling medical and surgical supplies, including implants and clinical materials , directly to clinics throughout Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and closing deals in the medical space. Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Languages Required: Fluent in English and Spanish Territory: You will be traveling to clinics across Florida. An office workspace is available at Dental Design Smile (Miami). What You 'll Do * Visit medical and dental clinics to present and sell implants and medical supplies * Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and office managers * Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts * Provide product information, pricing, and follow-up support * Manage your sales pipeline and client visits * Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and reliable way What We 're Looking For * Experience in sales (medical, dental, pharma, or B2B preferred) * Strong communication and people skills * Confident, friendly, and professional personality * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Must have a car and be willing to travel within Florida * Bilingual English & Spanish Compensation This role offers a strong earning potential: * Base salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month * Commission: Paid on all sales * Total monthly earnings: $4,000 - $6,000+ based on performance High performers can earn significantly more.
