We produce lightly sparkling, low-sugar cultured drinks made from whole herbs, flowers, roots, and fruits. Our products sit between kombucha, herbal tonics, and modern functional beverages. We work with cafes, specialty grocers, wellness spaces, and community markets, and we are actively expanding into new retail and tap accounts. This role is focused entirely on growth. The Role We're looking for an independent sales representative to take a curated leads list and actively open new wholesale accounts. Your job is to go into cafes, juice bars, wellness shops, specialty markets, and restaurants, introduce LXR Lab, present samples, and close new accounts. You will earn 30% commission on all subsequent orders from every account you bring in. There is no cap. The better the accounts, the stronger your recurring income. This is a performance-based role built for someone who is comfortable in the field, understands relationship selling, and wants to build a long-term book of business around a growing brand. Responsibilities * Visit prospective accounts from a provided leads list * Identify and approach new potential accounts independently * Present LXR Lab products professionally (samples, brand story, product positioning) * Open new wholesale accounts * Maintain professional relationships with your accounts * Communicate order flow and feedback to the LXR Lab team * Represent the brand consistently and responsibly in the field You are not a delivery driver. You are not a booth worker. You are responsible for account acquisition. Compensation Structure * 30% commission on all subsequent orders from accounts you acquire * Paid per fulfilled wholesale order * No cap on earnings * Long-term recurring potential as accounts grow This is structured for someone who wants to build residual income through strong placements, not just chase one-off deals.
