Responsibilities * Complete PLACE Launch training * Implement weekly PLACE lead generation * Consult buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes * Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers * Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Host two open houses monthly * Convert leads into appointments * Attend weekly script practice and team activities * Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls * Consult sellers, secure listings, and market homes * Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
