We leverage AI tools like Orum and SalesIntel to supercharge outbound sales-- so our team spends more time having meaningful conversations and less time chasing dial tones. Now, we're looking for an ambitious, coachable, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team and help us build pipelines, break into key accounts, and drive growth with precision and personality.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-powered sales tools (like Orum) to efficiently connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more
- Research accounts and personalize outreach to generate high-quality leads (AI tools help with this)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and cadences
- Manage and update CRM HubSpot with detailed prospect interactions (AI tools help with this as well)
What You Bring
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or other fast-paced environments
- An energetic and personable phone presence--you're comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and enjoy meaningful conversations
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage professionals across channels
- Hunger to learn, grow, and crush goals
- Excitement for--or curiosity about--sales enablement tech (Orum, SalesIntel, Fathom, etc.)
- Organization, resilience, and a positive mindset--you know how to bounce back
