*Solo Tile & Stone, Inc, *is the exclusive Countertop Service Provider for Costco in the Bay Area. We are looking for a motivated, extroverted, energetic, customer focused Lead Generator to work inside various Costco locations in the East Bay and San Francisco areas to promote our products and services. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Part-Time Only/Weekends Only. $20 per hour/bonus/gas stipend. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Commute to various Costco locations in the East Bay and San Francisco areas. You will spend one weekend at each location. * Greet Costco Members with Energy and Sincerity. * Answer basic questions about material and services. * Encourage Members to sign up for free, no obligation estimates for kitchen/bath countertops. * Fill out Member information using a smart device. REQUIREMENTS * Travel required to Costco locations. Must have a reliable vehicle that can transport a kiosk/samples (4 door vehicle is best). * Driver's license (must show proof) * Clean and Professional * Able to speak clearly. * We will provide an iPad to capture customer information. * Ability to stand for entire shift, but can sit on a stool as necessary. * Set up display on Saturday morning and break down the display at the end of your shift on Sunday. Must be able to transport the display to your next location. * Must be able to lift 20lbs, very rarely. * Saturday/Sunday only 8:30am to 5:30pm DRESS * Business Casual. Jeans ok. Casual shoes ok. Collared shirt required. SHIFT AVAILABLE: Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 5:30pm (includes two 15-min paid breaks and one hour unpaid lunch). COMPENSATION * Hourly wage $20 hour. $50 bonus for 10 or more leads in a weekend. Pay is bi-weekly on Friday. Gas stipend is $20 per weekend. * BENEFITS * 401k * No health benefits.
