• Be the first point of trust and connection for prospective clients seeking immigration help.
• Explain legal service options in a way that feels clear, supportive, and empowering.
• Guide qualified leads smoothly through the consultation and sign-up process.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Track leads, manage communications, and keep your pipeline organized using our tech stack.
• Hit ambitious--but realistic--sales goals with full support from leadership.

Who You Are

• A strong closer with 2-5+ years of proven sales success.
• Fully bilingual in English + Portuguese or English + Spanish (trilingual candidates will be given priority).
• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
• Tech-friendly and fast to learn new systems.
• Motivated by impact, growth, and being part of a team that moves fast.
• Experience with immigration law is a bonus, but not required--we will train the right person. What You 'll Get
