How will success be measured: * Conversion goal of 50%. * Job costing (building an estimate). * 20% gross margin. * Providing 5 star customer service. Requirements: * Plumber Experience/knowledge is a must! * licensed Plumber is a plus! * Detailed oriented. * Flexible schedule * Customer Service skills. * Ambitious.
