You will leverage your sales skills and financial knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure client commitments. * Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to provide personalized recommendations. * Assist clients with insurance sales, benefits administration, and overall financial planning. * Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about their options and any changes in the market. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that promote financial products and services. * Document all sales activity and client interactions accurately for sales administration purposes. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA), and best practices in financial services. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Familiarity with insurance sales and benefits administration is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building rapport with clients. * Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles will be beneficial in understanding client needs. * Strong analytical skills to assess client situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
