Responsibilities or a New Car Sales Product Specialist: * Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers * Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models * Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, store leads referrals, etc.) * Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met * Provide the best customer service in the industry Requirements of a New Car Sales Product Specialist: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry * Superior communication and customer service skills * Excellent follow-through skills * Solid working knowledge of the Internet * Understanding of manufacturer's specifications * Familiarity with automotive financing * Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude This is an incredible opportunity to COME JOIN THE MIDWEST'S #1 VOLUME AUTO GROUP - the Rohrman Automotive Group.
