Next Class Starts: 1/26/26 - Inside Sales Representative We're looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to join our fast- growing team. If you're driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a career with uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity for you. Pay rate: $17/hr + commission Schedule: Monday - Friday What You'll Do * Make 150-250 outbound calls per day to engage prospective clients. * Present and explain our products and services, manage the entire sales cycle , and close deals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success. * Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Accurately track all sales activities using our CRM system. What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone. * Proven track record in sales , including negotiation and closing experience. * Ability to manage the full sales process independently and effectively. * Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telesales , or a related field is a plus.
