We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting our products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Starting part time commission only. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives * Identify and target potential clients through lead generation and cold calling * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings * Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns * Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Skills * Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of success * Familiarity with B2B sales processes and territory management * Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads and accounts * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and tailor presentations to client needs * Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus * Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and identifying trends * Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
