Compensation

Structure: Training Period(2 Weeks):

• $120/day flat rate while you learn in the field (paid training) After Training: Weekly Pay Based on Performance (Monday - Saturday): Hourly Pay Rate: $20/hr. - $24/hr.(Plus Opportunity to Earn Commission & Bonuses)

Responsibilities

:

• Generate appointments for sales reps through door-to-door sales promotion of services.
• Communicate benefits and features of services to potential customers.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
