Job Title: Assistant Membership Director Location: LA Fitness - Cape Coral, FL Job Type: Full-Time Overview: LA Fitness Cape Coral is seeking a motivated, outgoing Assistant Membership Director to join our leadership team. This role focuses on selling gym memberships, Reformer Pilates, and Personal Training, while helping grow our member base through marketing and relationship building. Ideal candidates are social, confident, and thrive in a performance-based sales environment.
