Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to join our onsite team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to assist our sales team and customers effectively. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance * Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, processing orders, and managing customer accounts * Assist in coordinating sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other client-facing activities * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback * Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services * Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction * Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights from customer interactions Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is preferred * A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your sales support skills within a dynamic team environment.
