Responsibilities What You 'll Do * Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly * Host a minimum of two open houses per month * Convert leads into buyer consultations and signed agreements * Show homes and write offers that win * Negotiate effectively on behalf of your clients * Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and team meetings * Track pipeline and performance using PLACE Technology Qualifications Who You Are You're a motivated real estate professional who thrives in a team setting. You love serving clients, hitting goals, and growing personally and professionally. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your results, and are ready to follow a proven model.
