Full description of the position

Ask Daysi is hiring a City Launch Partner to help build and own our presence in New York City. This is a 1099 contract, commission-only role for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build a city from the ground up, not sit behind a desk. Ask Daysi is a multilingual conversational healthcare marketplace connecting people to trusted providers and social services by voice, text, and chat. As we expand across major U.S. cities ahead of the World Cup, we are selecting one launch partner per city to work directly with our founder to onboard healthcare providers, activate local partnerships, and generate real revenue. If you've sold to doctors, clinics, professional services, or B2B decision- makers and want ownership, upside, and speed, this role is for you. What You'll Do * Own healthcare provider outreach and partnerships in New York * Prospect, meet with, and close doctors, clinics, and specialty practices * Introduce providers to Ask Daysi's online + offline growth model * Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (doctor or owner level) * Close providers directly or collaborate with the founder on closes * Represent Ask Daysi at local events, community activations, and medical societies * Build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions * Track outreach and activity using simple CRM tools * Provide market feedback to help shape pricing, messaging, and city strategy This is not a high-volume call-center role. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role with real ownership. Compensation (Very Important - Please Read) * $1,000 per provider you self-close * $500 per qualified meeting that converts (if the founder or AE closes) * Weekly payouts every Friday after payment settlement * 30-day standard clawback if payment is reversed or provider cancels * No base salary * No cap on earnings Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into City Director roles as Ask Daysi scales. Who This Role Is For * Experienced B2B, healthcare, medical, or professional services sales reps * Former pharma, med-device, healthcare SaaS, or agency sellers * Entrepreneurs or independent sales professionals * People who want autonomy, ownership, and upside * Individuals with strong local relationships in New York Who This Role Is NOT For * Candidates seeking a base salary or benefits * Entry-level sales applicants * Fully remote, inbound-only sellers * Anyone uncomfortable with commission-only compensation Requirements * Proven experience selling B2B or professional services * Comfort meeting decision-makers in person or via video * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Self-directed, accountable, and organized * Ability to work independently without micromanagement * Familiarity with healthcare or medical sales is a plus, but not required Why Ask Daysi * Build something meaningful in healthcare and community access * Work directly with a founder who has sold to doctors for 10+ years * Real product, real revenue, real momentum * Clear path from contractor -> city leader -> salaried role * Be part of a national rollout tied to major global events Location This role is city-based and in-person within N ew York, New York.
