Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, providing detailed product demos when needed * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue * Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure attractive visual merchandising displays that highlight key products * Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with merchandising plans to keep the store inviting and well-organized * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a friendly attitude at all times * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online inquiries * Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations Skills * Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail or grocery store environment * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer needs * Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, stock counts, and sales goals * Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus, showcasing leadership qualities and responsibility * Skilled in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising strategies, and stock management * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette * Basic math skills for daily operations such as cash reconciliation and inventory calculations Join us as a Sales Associate to bring energy into every interaction!
