About Royalty Roofing: Royalty Roofing is a locally owned, award-winning roofing contractor recognized as a GAF President's Club 3-Star Member -- one of the top honors in the industry. We're known throughout Northeast Ohio for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer-first service in residential and commercial roofing. We're expanding our professional referral program and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused leader to help us grow. Position Overview: As the Partnership Development Manager, you'll build and manage relationships with insurance agents, real estate professionals, general contractors, and property managers to generate new business opportunities. This role blends sales, networking, and strategic relationship management -- perfect for a motivated professional who enjoys meeting people, creating connections, and seeing results. What You 'll Do: * Develop and manage partnerships that generate consistent, high-quality roofing leads * Identify and connect with insurance, real estate, contracting, and property management professionals * Attend local networking events, trade shows, and association meetings to promote Royalty Roofing * Maintain regular communication with partners and provide updates on active projects * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create outreach materials and referral programs * Track all outreach and partnership activity in the company CRM * Monitor market trends and share insights to strengthen outreach strategies * Represent Royalty Roofing professionally in the community and within industry circles What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (roofing, construction, insurance, or real estate preferred) * Strong relationship-building and networking skills * Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities * Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented * CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) What We Offer: * Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 + commissions & performance incentives * Company vehicle * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off & 401(k) * Supportive, team-driven culture with growth opportunities * Ability to make a direct impact on company growth and partnerships Why You 'll Love It Here: At Royalty Roofing, we believe great work comes from great relationships -- both with our customers and our team.
