Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies for business development and lead generation to expand the customer base. * Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Engage in B2B sales activities, including cold calling, direct sales, and territory management to maximize market coverage. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while upselling additional products or services to existing clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings in the marketplace. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. * Expertise in business development, lead generation, and account management strategies. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and presentation abilities. * Familiarity with marketing techniques and technology sales environments. * Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently. * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying new opportunities. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships. * Experience in retail sales, inside sales, cold calling, upselling, and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
