Your Mission): * Prospect new customers like a smiling and dialing pro -- finding opportunities where others just see empty inboxes. * Build strong relationships and sell top-notch component solutions, products, and services. * Crush your goals through outbound calls, emails, and top-tier customer management. * Handle inbound and outbound communication, customer orders, and daily workflow like a multitasking legend. * Negotiate, close deals, and make customers wonder how they ever lived without you. * Manage and grow accounts while delivering exceptional service (because average isn't our thing). What We 're Looking For (aka, The Dream Candidate): * 3-5 years of experience in board-level electronic component distribution or strong B2B sales chops. * Tech-savvy with solid MS Office (and Excel wizard) skills. * A relationship builder -- you know how to connect, communicate, and collaborate. * Strong negotiator, communicator, and problem solver with killer organization skills. * High-energy, self-motivated, and a little competitive (the good kind). * Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a big plus! * Bonus points if you've been in the industry before or can quote Wolf of Wallstreet during sales meetings. The Details: * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with a well-deserved lunch break). * Location: In-person -- because collaboration (and coffee breaks) are better face-to-face.
