We are hiring a Telecommunications Sales Representative to support the continued expansion of Kinetic's fiber internet footprint. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction, consultative selling, and growing within a performance-driven sales environment. Each Telecommunications Sales Representative plays a vital role in educating customers, enrolling new Kinetic internet customers, and promoting fiber-based solutions. As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will work directly with residential customers to present Kinetic fiber internet options, explain service benefits, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience grounded in excellent customer service. Telecommunications Sales Representative Responsibilities * Engage customers directly to introduce Kinetic fiber and internet services with a customer-first approach * Educate customers on Kineticr fiber availability, pricing, speed options, and promotions * Deliver consultative sales presentations while maintaining high customer service standards as a Telecommunications Sales Representative * Accurately process internet orders and assist with fiber installation scheduling * Meet or exceed weekly sales performance and customer satisfaction goals * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kinetic fiber, internet services, and promotions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience * Represent Anderson Advisory Group professionally in the field as a Telecommunications Sales Representative Telecommunications Sales Representative Qualifications * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset * Interest in telecommunications, fiber internet, and sales growth * Reliable, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed as a Telecommunications Sales Representative * Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service * High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer * Uncapped commission with performance-based sales incentives * Hands-on training in Kinetic fiber internet, telecommunications sales, and customer service * Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles * Supportive, team-oriented culture designed for long-term success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
